I recently came here out of desperation and needing a new car. I had a 2003 Toyota Camry that had a complete electrical failure and needed a good amount of repairs. I went to Town and Country Honda looking to purchase a new car. I was met with enthusiasm by Shelby who greeted me with a smile. I was upfront with her on how my credit wasn't the greatest and I needed to purchase a new car. I wanted an AWD vehicle and was interested in the CRV. As Shelby was showing me the CRV, I noticed a smaller SUV called the HRV. The HRV had ample space, and was more in the price range I was looking for. I ended up test driving the HRV and fell in love with it. Due to time constraints and all of the banks being closed and Shelby staying after closing to make sure I had a positive experience.I ended up coming back in the next day with my girlfriend who wanted to check out the car as well. We made the decision to purchase a 2017-EX instead of the 2016-LX as there were many more options at only a slight increase in price. Financing was a little stressful due to my credit score, but Sam and Alex got us a good interest rate and we can refinance in a year or so. I highly recommenced this dealership to anyone!Thank You for being an awesome team!Robert McDonald
Drove over an hour to look at a car we saw on the internet. Called ahead to see if they still had it for sale. They told us that it was still available. When we arrived, there were people ahead of us who had decided to test drive it. Lota and the sales manager were very apologetic (not their fault) and introduced me to Robert (salesman) who chatted with us and showed us some other cars while we waited to see if the other customers would really buy the car we wanted. There was no pressure at all and we felt well treated by all. After checking them out, we told them that we might be interested in a new Honda. They did not push the sale right away; and, let us know that they would be ready to sell once we made up our minds about what we could afford. Having grown up in the car business and being suspicious of all dealers, these folks really impressed me. I would gladly buy from them any time.
From the moment we walked in the door at the dealership there was someone to guide us. Edison at town and country was very helpful in our car buying experience. His answers were always direct and he spent considerable amount of time emailing back and forth with the many questions I had beforehand ; his responses were always very timely. He was very friendly and personable, making the experience easy to work through. I would recommend this dealership
My new Civic was the second car I bought at Town and Country , George is our go to salesman! Go visit him today, you'll be glad you did.
I had a problem with my battery not holding a charge and they worked me right in. The receptionist was friendly and sympathetic and my service tech John Cain was awesome. I usually feel like a bother when I go explain what's wrong to a shop, and kind of in the dark regarding what's going on, but here the customer service was great. John made me feel welcome and informed. I had a 2-year-old with me and they had free water and healthy snacks, clean bathrooms, and an enclosed waiting area full of toys and books so that was a bonus if you're a parent.
I just bought my 2016 Honda HR-V there and Edison Shields was wonderful. I went in to look and not sure if I qualify for anything because of past bankruptcy and he was so nice!!! He was patient, kind and honest with me. If I need another vehicle, I will be back to talk with Edison! And a big thank you to Momo Dem for getting me the best rate!!!!!!!!!! I encourage you to go there if you are looking for a Honda
Excellent new car sales experience! - If you are going to purchase a new vehicle, be sure to ask for Miss Shelby. I purchased a 2016 Honda CRV on 2016-SEP-17. In spite of having only been on the job for only two months, this young woman displayed excellent command of what she knows, and doesn't know. This translates to a sales experience where your sales professional has confidence in answering your question, or knows when to reach out to a subject matter expert that can. I really appreciate her straight forward, no-nonsense approach. Miss Shelby is also sensitive to the voice of the customer. Personally, I travel a lot, and rent a lot of different kinds of vehicles; put in gear, push gas pedal, turn steering wheel - I never got the need for a "test drive". Miss Shelby took command of the sales process and insisted that I test drive the vehicle that I was scheduled to purchase. Her concern was for my safety (e.g., "Can you adjust the steering wheel and see all of the gauges, mirrors, and road ok? How does it feel when you steer this car on back streets v. I-205?"), and post purchase satisfaction. I currently drive a 2011 Honda CRV, but, her point was well taken - the 2016 model IS DIFFERENT. As a sales professional, I really appreciate her consultative approach, that will ultimately make me a "repeat customer". My wife was present for the entire sales experience, and she also gave Miss Shelby a "two thumbs up". Feel confident in trusting Miss Shelby with your next new vehicle purchase from Town & Country Honda Gladstone.

Treated like a KING!Brian P. Helped us, patiently without pressure! I left relieved and HAPPY, knowing I had made the right choice, thank you Brian and thank you Carlos!
As a first time buyer, I was sincerely worried about finding a dealership where the sales staff is genuinely accommodating, affable and ready to go the extra mile to gain a lifelong customer. During our initial car search, we dealt with several other Honda dealerships (and non-Honda dealers as well) but always ended up feeling demoralised by the end of the exchange with the salespeople. After finding a car that we liked on the T&C website, we decided to broaden the radius of our car search and head to Gladstone to test drive one of their Honda Certified vehicles. We were pleasantly surprised to find the ambiance at T&C was exactly what we'd had in mind -- we never felt as though we were being coerced into buying a car and the sales staff was eager to help without being officious or disingenuous. Although our original intention was to purchase, we had the pleasure of speaking with a sales manager who ultimately convinced us to lease a new vehicle through Honda Financial Services. From the initial lease estimate to the moment that we signed the final papers, the entire process was painless and refreshingly transparent. We especially appreciated Tony's tireless perseverance as he was instrumental in securing the most advantageous leasing rates and make countless phone calls to obtain the exact make/model/trim level that we wanted to lease. In addition, he worked to ensure that we were able to benefit from the Honda college graduate bonus which was then used to reduce our lease payments. Jennifer and Craig are both outstanding people to work with and we are grateful for their willingness to help and to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. At the time of the car delivery, Craig went above and beyond in making sure that the car was absolutely spotless inside and out and we were impressed by his attention to detail. All in all, we strongly recommend T&C Honda as your dealer of choice as we are certain that you will not walk away feeling dejected and ready to bike everywhere for the remainder of your adult life. We're already looking forward to returning to T&C for the next two years to take full advantage of their free oil changes for new vehicles!
