Brian went absolutely above & beyond any customer service expectations! Believe me, I was very unsure of the trade in of an Accord Coupe to a Civic; but as this is my 9th Honda since age 16!(no!) am finally getting back to you in response to your inquiry about our purchase and satisfaction with the Accord and our sales person (Nick Martinez). We are enjoying the car and still learning about its' features and trying to wade through the technology that is new to us. Nick did a wonderful job with the sale and introduction to the vehicle but the material gone over with us is too lengthy for us to have absorbed in the short time we had at the time of the purchase, and with the division of our attention to the cars features and the negotiation of the final price of the vehicle and the trade in value of our daughters car. I believe a follow up with your staff as how to utilize all the technical features of the car would be helpful for those that are not familiar with computer languages and how to access or engage what the system offers. Nick was unable to introduce us to the service department as it was a "Holiday" weekend and we didn't see anyone there. We are very satisfied with Town and Country thus far and Nick was a pleasure to work with. The Accord compares nicely with the Toyota Camry (which we have owned three) and hope it is as dependable as they have been for us. Look forward to a continued favorable relationship with you all! Yes, Christine Dudley was amazing and I would answer yes to all the questions you listed about her in your email. When I first spoke to Christine by phone, something she said stuck with me, that she and the sales team at Town and Country Honda, "Didn't play games" with customers. I respected her honesty and after talking with numerous sales people from other dealerships, I decided to see what Christine could do to help us locate a 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid. Initially I was looking for a base model but after learning about the great features packed into the XLE, my wife and I decided to step-up to the higher model. We found the higher models to be in short supply and high in demand. I talked with Christine and stated that we were not looking to pay MSRP for an Accord Hybrid. We also had an almost new Toyota vehicle that I had to receive a fair trade-in amount to make a deal happen. I was also in touch with other dealerships in part because it was so difficult to find an available XLE and especially the right color combination that would please both myself and my wife. We were coming down to the wire with another dealership that was much closer to us than Town and Country Honda. I was given a price quote over the phone by an Internet Sales Manager that sounded like a great price. After a long day at work I convinced my wife to come test drive an Accord Hybrid. All went well and she fell in love with the vehicle. The salesperson was nice, he spent a long time with us and we were told that there would be an acceptable vehicle available in a week. We were then greeted by the General Sales Manager. He said, "We were probably going to hate him," but the figure quoted to me by their Internet Sales Manager was wrong and that she had made an "Honest" mistake. He showed us a chart indicating that there were only three vehicles in their inventory that could not be discounted. Of course they were new 2014 Accord Hybrids. At that point we were ready to leave but he said he could step-up and give us $500.00 more on our trade-in. Well, I could go on here but in essence we left thinking that maybe this was the best we could do to make a deal on a new Accord Hybrid. What had just happened didn't set well with either of us. In the back of my head I remembered what Christine had said during our initial phone conversation, "We don't play games with our customers"! I also remembered the quote she had gotten from her boss which showed a willingness to work with me on purchasing a new Accord Hybrid. I had been offered some deals from other dealerships but only on "Base models". We were now talking about XLEs that were being sold before they even arrived at the various dealerships. I got up the next morning to drive my wife to work and I was going to test drive a Subaru hybrid while we were waiting for a call to let us know if a new Accord Hybrid was going to be available from that Honda dealership. It's hard to put into words how disappointed my wife and I were after what had happened the night before at the other Honda Dealership. I dropped my wife off at her work and later that morning I received a call from Town & Country Honda Sales Manager, Christopher Martinez. He inquired if I was still interested in purchasing a new 2014 Accord Hybrid. He said Christine had a family emergency the previous day so he was calling to see if he could earn my business. I mentioned a quoted price given to me by Christine after she had checked with her boss. He then informed me that he was Christine's boss and that he had provided the price quote to her. He said he would love for me to come to Town and Country Honda because they had the Accord XLE that Christine and I had been discussing earlier and it just happened to be the color combination that was our first choice. I told him that I may be short on time because I had to be back to pick my wife up from work, but I was going to come down to test drive the vehicle and see if we could work out a deal. I told Christopher what had transpired at the other dealership the night before but he assured me that he would stand behind his quote. When I arrived at Town & Country, I was greeted by Christine who told me she had the Accord Hybrid ready for me to drive and my trade-in would be appraised during my test drive. She then introduced me to Christopher Martinez who said he would work on the numbers to make the deal happen for me. The negative experience I had at the other dealership was still fresh in my mind. After returning from my test drive I was cautiously awaiting the deal proposed by Christopher. I was talking to Christine about how much I liked the Accord Hybrid during my test drive, when Christopher came back with great news! He stood behind his quoted price for the new Accord Hybrid and met the number I needed for my trade-in. No high pressure, no game playing, just honesty, straight talk and a great deal! I told Christopher and Christine they had earned my respect and my business. Everything went like clock-work. The paperwork process began, while that took place my new Accord Hybrid was being prepped and Christine told me that she would be with me while we waited to meet Business Manager, Momo Dem, who would do the final paperwork process with me. Christine was able to let me gather all my personal items from my old vehicle in order to expedite the process. Momo Dem was a pleasure to work with. He is very straightforward and honest. Very refreshing! After the paperwork was complete, Christopher Martinez came back to thank me for my business and shook my hand. I told him that he really stepped-up to earn my business while other Dealerships wouldn't or couldn't! Finally back to Christine who began the process of explaining in detail, the features and controls on our new Honda Accord Hybrid. My daughter was able to pick-up my wife from work so I could continue the process without rushing. I drove home that night in my new 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid, a happy customer. I admit my response to your list of questions was very long-winded, but I was so happy not only with the great deal my wife and I received at your dealership but with each and every person who worked to make this such a great experience for us and it all started with Christine Dudley. Yes, Jeff, you have a very fine salesman in Doug Rokosz! We brought our 2013 Civic in for an oil change (so we already knew your great service team!) and Doug took the time to introduce us to the new and improved features on the 2014 Civic! We did not intend to buy a new car just one year after we bought our last one, but we were very impressed with the improvements in the transmission, the blind spot protection and the keyless entry among other things. He spent literally hours of time with us and walked us through the new technology controls on the dashboard in great detail! He is the sort of salesman I respect because he is not high pressure and treated us like the adult, intelligent people we are. He is also very personable and genuine. n our 33 years of marriage, 3 different dealership experiences, and lots of experiences with salespeople in various jobs, Salena by far outshone them all. Never once did we feel like we were just "another sale," but people who mattered to her. It is a rare thing you have there in her, Jeff. She was honest, authentic, vulnerable, and real. She sought to really seek to know "where we were coming from" and offered us the best you had to offer in the price categories we gave her and for the type of car we looked for. We were the ones who boosted that price by the choice of the Subaru and she supported us through that decision and helped us make it work within our budget. ?? We did not need assistance understanding how to operate the Subaru having been Subaru drivers for a long time now, but she did introduce us to all the aspects of this car about which we were unfamiliar. She took time, asked us to take time, never pushed, and walked away while we talked. She helped us look at the cars available at other dealerships in case there was something there that would have appealed to us. Those did not but that free openness did allow us to choose the one we chose from you. It was totally the best experience we have had. And above this -- we did not awaken with buyers' remorse! I was really amazed with your sales team. In Denver we had some bad experiences with our last purchase until we went to Honda. We thought we would have a good experience here, and we were right. Doug Rouke (spelling?) has been in contact with me for several months, letting me know of deals, and sales, and keeping me informed. He helped me decide on the right car and connect me to the sales team. Christine did a great job helping my family and I through the experience. It was a long evening for us, and we found out that because it was such a slow day most of the staff were sent home early...and of course you had several sales late in the evening. The Fit is a great car for my job. My only disappointment was that I have to get floor mats for it as the base model doesn't have them included...I would be okay waiting until the summer if it was me and my wife, but I'm actually going to transport clients so I never know what they may drag into the car... Thanks for asking about the service I received from the Town & Country Staff on the recent purchase of my 2012 Toyota Corolla S. As a first time car buyer, I did my market research ahead of time and came into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted to look at. I called and spoke with Andrew Grimes to set up the 1st appointment to see the car. Andrew was extremely nice and helpful, and later called to see if my appointment went well and if I had any questions. Chris Jenkins (CJ) helped me on Saturday when I saw the car for the 1st time. He rode with me on my 1st test drive and was also very helpful. CJ and John Moor were more than willing to take the time to talk to me about financing since I had many questions due to the fact that I have never bought a car before. Thank you CJ and John! At the end of the 1st appointment, I had a gut feeling that T & C was the dealership for me. The next day, I tested my gut feeling by visiting 3 other dealerships in the Portland area. I looked at the exact make and model at each dealership. In all honesty, none of the other dealerships came close to the great experience I had at yours. At the end of the day on Sunday, I was exhausted. I knew where I wanted to buy my first car. I called T & C at 6 pm to see if I could come by and look at the Toyota one more time. Chris Martinez and Salena Mellick helped me on Sunday. I asked Salena a few more questions about the car and took it for one more test drive. She told me the car had been seriously looked at by another couple earlier that afternoon. I didn't want to miss out on the car that seemed meant for me. She eased my worries about making an impulsive decision and told me I could have a pre-buy inspection performed on the car. The next day it passed my mechanic's inspection with flying colors. I was so excited! Mo Dem in the financing office sat me down and did an extremely thorough job of explaining the financing forms to me. I was extremely thankful for that and felt that I learned a lot. I really give him props for having patience with me and not rushing me through the process. Also, there was a rock chip on the windshield the day I bought the car. It was addressed by the dealership. I had an appointment Friday morning to have it repaired. I got to meet the wonderful service team. I talked mainly with Brian. He was extremely nice too! Now I am driving my "like new" car and I can't stop smiling. As you can see, my experience at T & C exceeded my expectations by a lot. I want to thank Andrew, CJ, John, Chris M., Salena, Mo, and Brian for treating me so well. Chris was great! I actually came in December 2012 to check out civics but I wasn't ready to purchase yet. We did a test drive then and he showed me options and pricing. Since we hadn't saved the money yet, we didn't buy one that day, but I came back because Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked great with us even though it was over a year after we came in. Chris didn't introduce us to the service team, but he did discuss the service team. We also inquired about the free services for 3 years and he said they were still offering it, so we'll definitely be in to check out the group on our new car. After we purchased the 2014 Civic, Chris helped us set up our phones on the bluetooth and helped us on our way. He also pointed out new features that were different from the 2013 that we had driven. Ultimately, Sandy did a great job. She sold me a car when I came in with no intentions of buying a Honda. I first came to your dealership to sell my car with an instant trade in offer from autotrader.com. I was not initially looking at a new Honda however Sandy reached out to me after I filled out the autotrader.com form for my trade-in offering to purchase my vehicle. I had been looking at a new Mercedes, but have always loved Honda's. I was driving an Element and loved it, and had first thought Honda didn't currently make anything that I liked. I came out to your dealership to meet with Sandy so that she could look at my trade-in. Before she took a look at my car we took a minute and talked about what I was looking at, 2013 MB GLK350. There was ZERO pressure with Sandy's approach. It was more like I was talking to a friend about what I was thinking about. We talked about a few possible MB used cars on your lot and also what Honda has to offer. When Sandy was looking at my used car, I looked at a Pilot in the showroom. When I expressed interest in the Pilot, Sandy offered to take one out for a test drive. I was short on time, so I made arrangement to come back and take a test drive the next day. When I came back for the test drive, Sandy again was zero pressure, zero BS, and 100% attentive - I appreciated this! Sandy quickly gained my trust and respect and I knew that I wanted to do business with her. She let me take the time I needed to decide if this was the right car for me. The next morning I came back with my partner to complete the transaction. The actual process of coming to terms for the purchase and signing with financing took less time than the test drive and deciding what color and options were important to us. Both my partner and I appreciated the respect for our time and appreciated the level of detail provided throughout the purchase. The idea of "Customer Service" is something that is a lost art in today's instant gratification world that we live in. It was nice to feel appreciated and actually experience a level of Customer Service with Sandy that makes me want to recommend her to my friends and family! Kaveh was excellent! I have to admit I dreaded looking for a new car based on past experiences I've had. The kind where you're there for hours and it's like a mind game. "What do I need to do to get you to buy a car", is a standard line that I fully expected to hear when I walked on the lot. Kaveh was a refreshing surprise. Really no pressure, but available to answer questions. When my husband and I went out that day, we did not intend to buy a car. So no one was more surprised than we were to be driving home our 2010 Honda Accord. The process was virtually painless. Kaveh was very approachable, and treated us with respect, no game playing. Something we greatly appreciated. One thing Kaveh said to us is that TC Honda wants people to drive home happy. I can sincerely say that we did in fact - Drive Home Happy! Also there was a small scratch on the car that Kaveh said he thought could be buffed out. As we were buying the car on a Sunday, the body shop wasn't opened. But we had to come back on Monday to bring the car title. When my husband arrived, there wasn't anyone available in the body shop area to help out. But Kaveh and another gentleman (sorry don't have his name) arranged for another location to take care of it. The car was taken there and brought back while my husband waited and the scratch was gone. Very much appreaciate that level of service. I will definitely recommend TC Honda to friends and co-workers. He even made a point to check something out for me while I was in financing and answer my question before I left. I arrived a little later in the evening, and even though the dealership closed at 9, I did not feel like we were rushed out by anyone in the process. We left just before 10pm. Hi Andrew, Sorry I have not called you back yet. We really enjoy the new Honda even if we did not test drive it. I have only owned Honda's and you really cannot go wrong. We donated my Honda Accord a couple of months ago to the Elephant Sanctuary. It had 257,000 miles on and was still fine. I think with my accident, the dog being sick, we just wanted to purchase a car and be done with it. Both Parry and I really really like the color.
