Friendly staff and decent service.
I have several transactions with T&C Honda. Once buying a car and once selling a car. Both experiences were great! I was treated with respect and very fairly. I recommend this dealership 100%.
Came here to get my recalled airbags replaced. Fast and friendly customer service, even when they were slammed. They also did a vehicle inspection and let me know about some other repairs my vehicle needed.
I don't like the gimmicks: -the hard sell-the "let me introduce you to this other guy" -the "let me introduce you to this other other guy"-the "I've got to check with my manager" -the "what kind of payment are you looking for"-the "trade lowball"I experienced these and more on our hunt for a new family vehicle at a few other dealerships.I stopped by T&C Honda on a whim on a Friday evening. Being that I was without my better half, and it was about an hour until they closed, I didn't expect to get very good service. Turns out, I got the very best service here.I found the lot well maintained, the vehicles well kept, the facility modern and clean. This isn't some second rate where the above shenanigans are just a part of the bargain. So after thinking about my test drive and chatting with he wife, we went back on Sunday to test drive a couple more vehicles with the whole family in tow.The test drive went well; they offered us a fair trade for our vehicle, we got a good deal on the car, and were valued as long term customers, not just a one-and-done deal. We got a car that fits our family well, and it's crazy to think that model wasn't even on our radar when we were looking at options. Now let me tell you about our salesperson, Brian. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had our interests at heart. He wasn't creepy, smarmy, or otherwise untoward. I feel very lucky to have worked with him, and the other great folks at T&C Honda. If you're in the market for a new rig, I highly recommend you give them a try (and avoid the Toyota dealership across the street).
I had been looking for a particular Honda civic, when I came in a customer was purchasing the one I had been looking for. The sales rep Emily and finance manger worked hard on getting me the exact civic I was looking for that day of purchase. I had an easy buying experience. Not pushy at all, and I got what I wanted. I would def do business again with Emily. She is a great sales rep and very personable.
I decided to go looking for my next car. I stopped in at your dealership and a gentleman name Tyler helped me. I advised him I was only looking and he never treated me any different. He continued to show me the cars I wanted to look at. NO pressure. When I am ready I will return and buy from Tyler and Town and Country Honda. 5 star!!!
Decent service. Usually offer a buy one get two oil changes free for 39.99. Hard to beat that! Otherwise, expect pretty typical prices for dealer services.
